Welcome to Tull MD! We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policies below to understand how we manage shipping and delivery.
At Tull MD, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Our shipping policies provide comprehensive information on the available shipping methods, costs, delivery times, and more.
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. We ship using the United States Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx, and offer Economy, Standard, and Express Shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method chosen and the destination. We may, from time to time, offer free, reduced rate, or flat rate shipping. All available shipping options, delivery estimates, and their associated costs will be displayed at checkout. Not all options may be available at all times.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs processing, and carrier delays due to weather conditions or other issues.
For international orders, additional customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees.
Our goal is to ship all orders received by 3:00 p.m. Eastern time on the same day. All orders are processed within two business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.
We aim to provide a smooth delivery process, but if you encounter any issues, please follow the procedures below:
- If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time and the tracking information is not updated, please contact our support team at care@tullmd.com for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
- If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately at care@tullmd.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and work towards a resolution.
- If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at care@tullmd.com. We may be able to redirect the package depending on your selected shipping method and carrier. If the package has already been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.
